If you've ever wanted to read every book in the library, maybe you should rethink that.

Willkommen, bienvenue, welcome, yadda yadda yadda.

You may call me Befferkins, but I’m more commonly known in public as Madame Talks-To-Books, Lady Meows-a-lot, and Hey, You With The Face.

Me with my boyfriend. 'Thwip' indeed, Peter.

Me with my boyfriend.
‘Thwip’ indeed, Peter.

I’m a twenty-something introvert with too many interests, hence the dynamic nature of my posts. I work in the quiet end of a noisy library and am finishing several novels. I currently reside in Ohio where I play with characters, snuggle books, and make up words.

Secretly, my dream job is to be a proofreader for fictional works, a writer for ABC’s Once Upon A Time, a writer for Nerd Corps, the grumpy owner of an English bookshop, Captain Hook, a super-villain on “Power Rangers”, or a poetic spam writer for @Horse_ebooks. Some of these are clearly more extravagant than others, so, without further ado: Blast you, Peter Pan!

My posts aren’t on a set schedule as most of my writing time is spent fleshing out my many and ever-procreating novel ideas. When not writing, I’m usually shooting plot bunnies; there are just too many of them.

I enjoy comments everywhere, even dated posts, so feel free to engage me in conversation. If you need to reach me outside of WordPress, send a comment and I’ll receive it in my account here, which I check regularly.
